Is there an assisted checkout available to place an order?

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you place the order, your order will be confirmed (after making payment) and a confirmation message will be sent through email. 

What is the accepted timeline for order cancellation?

Orders placed can be cancelled for valid and appropriate reasons only. After approval of cancellation by our team, orders can be cancelled within 24hours from the time of order placed. 

Can I change the products/shipping address after payment has been made?

Yes, you can change your order contents and shipping address within 24hours of placing the order only.

How can I check my order status?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the order tracking details through email and you can check the status of your order.

What are the modes of payment accepted by Wedtree?

Wedtree accepts payment through all debit and credit cards, airtel money, amazon pay, AMEX (American Express), Freecharge, Google pay, Mastercard, MobiKwik, Paypal, Paytm, Rupay, and Visa.

Is a cash-on-delivery option available?

No, cash on delivery option is not available. We accept online payment only.

Is a discount applicable on bulk orders?

Yes, a discount is applicable on bulk orders. Contact our customer support team for more details.

What can I do if checkout is abandoned?

Returns

Is a return option available for damaged products (within India)?

If any product is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, a video of unboxing the product and a clear image of the damage is required for a return request to be accepted. Once approved, you can return the product within 7 days. (Applicable only for domestic orders). Return option is not available for international orders.

How can I raise a return or refund request?

You can raise a return and refund request by writing an email to support@wedtree.com mentioning the order details and the appropriate reason.

After the request has been processed, in how many days will I receive my refund?

For order cancellations, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days. In case of returns, the products will be examined by our quality control team, and once approved a refund will be made within 5-7 working days through the same mode of payment.

Dispatch & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched after placing the order?

Once the order is placed, we will immediately initiate dispatch for the products in stock. For custom orders, it will take 15 working days to dispatch.

Will I get free shipping within India?

For orders above Rs.2500, free domestic shipping is granted. For an order value below Rs.2500, a fixed shipping cost of Rs.99 will be charged (for domestic orders only).

Will I get an estimated delivery date?

Yes. Once the order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you.

Customization

Is a customization option available at Wedtree?

Yes, for any bulk orders, we will be more than happy to undertake customization. Kindly contact our customer support team at 99622 15000 for more details.

What is the dispatch time for custom orders?

For custom orders, once the customization needs are finalized, it will take 15 working days to dispatch from the date of finalization.

Is there an additional charge for customizations?

Yes, an additional charge is applicable for customization. It depends on the kind of customization you require.

Is return or refund applicable on custom orders?

Neither return nor refund is applicable on custom orders given that the products are manufactured exclusively according to your requirements.
