Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours from placement of orders.
Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible unless it violates with the minimum order quantity norms for that particular item.
Cancellation of an order is not possible for customized products.
If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.
Refunds
On acceptance of Cancellation request, refund will be processed within 10 working days. The mode of refund would be through NEFT/ Payment Gateway.
