The package received by you must be in original unused condition to accept the return request. It must be sent to the dispatch centre within 7 Days from the date you received it.
The items must be sent by the customer and Wedtree will not bore the shipping cost for return of goods.

- Upon receiving the acknowledgement from Wedtree, send the items to the following address
3. Once we receive the package, we will process your request and refund can be done after checking the items. Please refer to ‘Refund Policy’.
The refunds can be processed on the following instances:
- If the products are damaged when you open the package.
- The package doesn’t reach you on time or there is an issue with the quantity.
- Only full refund requests can be accepted. No partial refund or return will not be entertained.
- Refunds / exchange can't be accepted for customised order.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Most of our products are hand made and there might be slight variation between one item to another.
